Should we allow sexual and explicit content on the website or not???

I was wondering if i was a boring novice or something, but actually the rules off this site say:

NO SEXUAL EXPLICIT CONTENT ALLOWED!!!

Still there are many kinky trannies and admirers who try to upload sexual explicit content on the site...

I ask myself: 'WHAT DO THE PEOPLE ON THIS WEBSITE WANT???''

Do we want it to be a cool, fun and supportive place? Or do we like it to be a nasty, raunchy and disgusting pornographic website???

I really NEED your guys opinions on this one, because some people claim i am a boring novice...

Then i ask myself: 'ARENT THERE ENOUGH PORNY AND RAUNCHY WEBSITES ALREADY on this world involving trannyporn????'

Sometimes i ask myself if newbies here are BLIND or something, because on the signup screen is a HUGE picture that says: 'TRANNYSPACE IS NOT A PORNOGRAPHIC AND PICKUP WEBSITE!!!!'

Who the hell do they think they are fooling????

First I want to say sorry for such a long absences here. Lots of activities in Cami's and my life lately with taking care of her grandparents, our activism and my preparations for SRS.
The subject of sexual revealing pictures verses pictures of sexual activities first are two different things in my view. I for one see nothing wrong with a well done sexual revealing pose and I will say am drawn and do like "action" pictures but each in its place.
As is described this group is NOT a pornographic site or pick up space. I have belonged and still do belong to groups that fit into that category. I joined here as a place to share my experiences as well as correspond with those like myself about theirs. Most in the transgender realm live in a small closed world. I myself live openly and freely as a transsexual woman but do so because the shame and fear I once had are gone and I am proud of who and what I am. I'm also involved with many LGBT groups as a trans rights activist and a lesbian in a lesbian partnership. But I remember back when I first finally accepted myself and it was as if someone switched a light and started living full time and hey I was lost. I did not know where to go and be with others like myself, where to seek help with hormone therapy and as I was asked to find a new MD by my MD of many years, where do I find one that would accept me as the woman I am. So it was the Internet in which I found help.
So while I have my sexual side, and its a strong one which I do enjoy, I think sites such as yours here is a way I can return what I received, understanding, help, advice, support, education and friends. This journey we as Trans people travel in our lives can as is a lonely one but it doesn't have to be. Tranny Space is such a place where this can be found and SHOULD remain one. There are other places to share my sexual side when I want to.
I hope you stand by your principles and remember I am only one member here but I am standing there beside you.

Thanks for the long and really clear answer... and i have to admit, i totally agree with you...

I had the longest part of my journey already behind me, i live openly as a transsexual woman also and i dont care what others think, when you appear STRONG people will never harass you also...

I wanna pass on my experiences also with a bigger public and educate the world that Transsexuality is NOT about SEX or PORN... however MILLIONS of websites give people the impression that all of us trannies are hookers and prostitutes and i REALLY want to make a difference in this world and show people that transsexuals are good, friendly and needy people with the same needs as other people and we are NORMAL... despite of some terrible perverts outthere....

I will keep on floating in the same direction with this website as i always did...

Seeing how over-sexed some people seem to be as to even constantly HINT that they are a kinky tranny has been making me want to write an article on just how kinky trannies must be. Clearly these people are giving the trans world a bad name. They certainly shouldn't be allowed on if they are just looking for a cheap date.

On the other hand you've opened up a very fine line here. "Tranny admirers" is a tough thing to police. To most people who think they are tranny admirers are often the horned up creatures who just want a sexual experience. It's very hard to find a tranny admirer whom admirers with both their brains and balls.

You've opened a website with a very good community message. It is a positive place and it is just for friends. Which will make it very hard to maintain because it's incredibly hard to keep the raunchy natured out of anything these days.

As for the message telling people this is not a place for that: Well, look at Myspace. It's a place for friends. A place where nudity is not allowed. A place where, if you believed what you saw from the outside, was not sexually charged. Yet almost everyone is half naked and it's all about getting so major lovin'.

It totally groces me out that websites like these attract also the pervs, but ok we ARE admirable women ;-) but ADMIRING in my eyes doesnt mean 'get your rocks off' ;-) So Trannyspace indeed has the message 'we wanna make a difference' between these millions of pornsites.

I believe that when Trannyspace grows bigger and bigger its also harder to monitor all content that is put on the site, that is why i have to approve every picture or video that is been uploaded, to keep the dirty stuff out...

This is a place for all ages, also for genderdysphoric minors and i dont wanna confront them with pervy guys who are looking for a sexual experience with a tranny.

Ofcourse we all need and love sex and there is nothing wrong with being sexually turned-on by a nice looking transgirl or woman, but we should be approached with respect and not as hookers and cheap sluts... WE ARE SPECIAL CREATURES who need the finest treatment... and not to be treated like cheap trash or shit!

Myspace is intended to be a decent friendssite yes, but it totally shows the opposite.. that is why i dont like it anymore and created my own little shack here ;-)

Oh I am so done with Myspace and use it minimally. It's too bad that being "an artist" these days makes one almost have to have one. I can't wait for it to become unpopular.

You are going to need help with approving things eventually. I'm sure you're aware and are considering admins. I wouldn't mind volunteering if you ever needed a helping hand. I think there aren't many or any trans online communities really doing anything to help. I believe in this place. You will make it work!

You don't have to be a moderator or 'let new members in' (when i give you admin rights, you will be receiving emailnotifications of new members who wanna joing, but just ignore them, Don and I are doing that) but i like to have creative people in my team who help this website to grow big and who have awesome ideas.

Ofcourse you will have to get to know the system, wich runs on NING as you can see.

In the future i wanna run it on my own server but until then i have to accept it the way it is now...a hosted service. Anyway, you will have to join 'NING NETWORK CREATORS' for tech help and advise and tips from other NING-ers.. but most questions you can ask me about the system!

Hi Zohra! I am HAPPY to help you administrate things here in Trannyspace-land. No I dont want any responsibility or to do any real work, but I sure wouldnt mind taking care of the finances. :D

Just show me where the safe is and what the combination is. I will make it my mission to invest in making TrannySpace a far more beautiful place. The first thing that we need to address is that our Veronica is looking well, a tad commonplace and Plebian. We must have our Veronica dressed in the latest in high end fashion, with matching shoes, handbags, and sports cars. And the jewelry has to be upgraded too. Yes just imagine how much more beautiful Trannyspace will be with a Diamond Studded Veronica instead of just a regular one! I knew that you would see the urgency in this.

Here is how I propose to raise funds:
A small surcharge on group members, lets say 10% of their income. Now for NON-group members we will charge 15%!!!! This has 2 benefits. Not only do we get paid no matter what, but the smaller that Trannnyspace is, the richer that we become and of course that will lure people here. Think about this: There are 9 billion people in the world and right now 251 members here. If the 9 Billion people less 251 are all paying us 15% we are going to need a bigger safe. So we like my plan? Great! I will need some people to take care of collections. Any frighteningly scary large people wish to volunteer? :D

I think you should allow some naked Photos as long as they are tastefull and not too vulgar like them cutting themselves or if they are in SM/BD they don't show really bad Bruises or cuts

If you allow one thing on then you should allow it all. Don't go bringing just enough candy for the kids you like, you have to bring it in for those you think are too vulgar too. Which is why it's best to keep it a place for friends. I don't like to see my friends naked. I'm just sayyyin'! LoL The minute someone shows a nipple there's someone uploading a picture of their human coffee table. It's restricted or it's not.

There's nothing wrong with flirting though and if you actually felt comfortable enough emailing someone privately, surely they'd share with you their most intimate photos. Therefore making it far more special than random photos of people you possibly aren't even talking to.
