A hats off to Edgar Allan Poe

The night is long and cold as I slowly walk up the steps to a dark strange house I do not know, upon the double doors sits The Raven, his eyes staring at me, staring into my black soul, staring right through me. In the back of my mind I go back to better days, days with the lovely Annabel Lee, of the Romance that we had until The Fall of the House of Usher took her to another state of being. But back to reality I am pulled buy The Tell-Tale Heart beating somewhere in that evil house. I walk into the house shivering, feeling the cold sinking beneath my skin, a Loss Of Breathe over comes me when I see her Eleonara the Maelzel's Chess-Player taunting me. Upstairs is the The Devil in the Belfry and he rings The Bells calling dark men to appear carrying The Oblong Box that I am to lay in. The Murders in the Rue Morgue still haunt me, the things I did plague me, The Imp of the Preverse laughs in my face as I am prepared for The Premature Burial I am about to receive. The Sleeper comes to me now and comforts me with his Silence lulling me to a Dream-Land I hear our Bridal Balled as I slowly slip from this life "In Youth I have Known One". And now The Conqueror Worm devours my rotting flesh. Just one final word to everyone Never Bet The Devil Your Head.
